Who is Humanalloy?
Hi, I’m Tristan, 3D artist, scanner builder, and the slightly obsessive guy behind HumanAlloy.com
My career started in architectural visualization where I spent years crafting high-end 3D imagery and animations. During a project for the Rijksmuseum renovation, someone asked a simple question that changed everything:
“Why are we still using 2D people?”
That thought stuck. I bought a wildly expensive 3D scanner from Canada. Not my best purchase, but it pushed me down the rabbit hole. I spent years figuring out how to capture real humans in 3D, mixing laser scans with photogrammetry, until things finally clicked.
Over time, I built scanners, teams, and entire workflows. From small rigs for Nike’s shoe archive to full-body systems for Human Alloy and large-scale scanning for brands like Adidas.
Eventually, our company was acquired by Snap Inc., where we developed an advanced 180-camera scanning system. But after the project was shut down, I knew exactly what I wanted to do next.
I went back to the thousands of human scans that never saw daylight. Over 6000 of them and decided to finish what I started.
The Master Collection is the result: a once-in-a-career release of 4000 ultra-realistic 3D people, built for artists who care about quality, ownership, and independence.

What exactly is included in The Master Collection?
The collection includes over 4,750 3D people, distributed across more than 4,350 individual 3D model files.
Some models feature multiple people, which is why the file count is slightly lower than the total number of individuals.
The collection combines 4,200 brand-new 3D people with 550 existing HumanAlloy models that are currently available on humanalloy.com.
Including the existing models ensures that your local collection matches everything you can find through the HumanAlloy online search tool — so whenever you find it online, you’ll have it instantly available on your own machine.
Is this really a limited-time offer?
Yes and not in the “fake countdown timer” kind of way.
The Master Collection is available only during this launch.
I’ll still offer smaller discounted bundles on humanalloy.com afterward,
but this full collection is by far the most affordable way to get everything.

When you purchase the collection you will have all models on the website. No need to login and find what models you own. You have everything on your local computer. Just use the site as the app to find what you need.

Availability of the search function will be in early 2026 since I still have to add the products to the site and add 5k keywords by hand. To ensure consistency I will not outsource or use Ai for this task.
...But why? This sounds too good to be true
A few reasons, really. It’s the launch of 4700+ new models and Black Friday felt like the perfect moment to celebrate it.
I’ve also invested a lot upfront to build this release, so offering it at a special price helps me recover part of that while giving early supporters something genuinely worthwhile.
How exclusive are the 3D people?
The 4,200 brand-new 3D people in The Master Collection are not included and never will be in any free or subscription-based libraries such as Chaos Group’s Cosmos collection.
This ensures a level of true exclusivity: unlike most common assets, these models won’t appear in every archviz project.
You can be confident that your work will stand out and only a small subset (Only the very coolest of subset) of the industry will be using the same people you are.
The models will be available for purchase through Gumroad, CGTrader, Fab, and TurboSquid, and can be easily browsed and searched via humanalloy.com.
A small subset of the existing 550 pre-2024 models was previously featured in Chaos Group’s Cosmos library.
We’re grateful for that collaboration. It allowed us to expand our scanning operations and build an even larger, higher-quality collection.

Do I really get lifetime access?
Yes! download links will be provided.
Once you’ve got them, they’re yours. I couldn’t take them back even if I wanted to!
With that great power, however, comes a bit of responsibility:

Can I use the 3D people in commercial projects?
Absolutely — that’s exactly why I created them.
All the models we hired signed full quitclaims, so you can use them commercially with complete peace of mind.
Can I share the models with my team?
When you have purchased the Agency license you can share the models with your team within the company that purchased the collection.
How and when do I download the collection after purchase?
After purchasing the Master Collection you will receive an email with download links for the collection. This email can be delayed a bit since I am checking each purchase by hand. Its the whole collection and I am a bit careful, hope you'll understand.
The email contains a lot of download links broken up in 5gb zips and broken up in file format so you can just download the format you actually use. Each format contains all of the models.

Is there a backup option in case I lose my files?
After you download the files you are responsible for keeping backups . Just as you do with your project files.

Can I choose which models to download, or is it one package?
The download is spit in formats (and each format is split in 5GB chunks for easier download)
So if you only use FBX in your workflow, just download those zips!

Is this a single-user or studio-wide license?
If you purchased the 'Freelancer' option the license is single user. If you purchased the 'Agency' option its a studio/agency wide license.
What does “lifetime license” mean exactly?
“lifetime license” means no subscription. You buy the collection once and that's it!
Are these assets unique to HumanAlloy?
Yes! every single one was lovingly scanned by our own team.
HumanAlloy.com is the best place to browse and search your purchased collection. Think of it as your personal, searchable brochure.
All the models shown there are part of what you already own.
To keep prices fair and infrastructure costs low, I chose to sell through trusted 3D marketplaces such as Gumroad, CGTrader, and TurboSquid.
Each product listed on HumanAlloy.com links directly to those platforms for easy access and purchase.
What’s your refund policy?
Because these are digital files, refunds aren’t possible once the download links are sent — there’s no way to “return” the models.
That said, if you run into any technical issues or missing files, I’ll always make sure you’re fully taken care of.

Which software do these models work with?
The models in The Master Collection work in most — if not all — 3D applications.
The .OBJ format is highly compatible and can be imported into almost any 3D software.
The same goes for .FBX, which is widely supported across platforms.
.SKP files are specifically for SketchUp, while .MAX files are optimized for 3ds Max 2025 and newer.
Under the hood, though, they’re all the same models and textures — so if you’re using 3ds Max 2024 or earlier, simply import the .FBX version instead.
Will The Master Collection ever be available again?

Are these models sold individually?
Of course you can always buy individual models, or sets, via humanalloy.com. Just never again at this crazy discount.
Will there be updates?
I will not be adding new pre-posed models to the site. I might add rigged versions of these models if there is demand for it.
If I do I will be sure to contact the people who purchased this collection to offer them the chance to update their collection.
